The Quarter Master Triple Disk Gear-Drive 8-Leg Quarter Master Lineup for the DSM / 4G63 AWD platform uses the 1-piece heavier STREET flywheel for the clutch assembly, and weighs around 24 Pounds assembled.

Street flywheels are available in the following options: 6-Bolt AWD and 7-Bolt AWD – 1-piece flywheel
This clutch is recommended to be used with only the PPG Dogbox Gearset option. If you are using the 7/8″-20 spline stock gearset with this clutch, it is strongly recommended that you use the lowest torque capacity spring rate around 1900-2100#.
The TRIPLE disk assembly uses the Gear Drive hub RACE Friction disk packs only.

Cover Spring Rate vs estimated torque capacity:
1900# Cover Spring = 680tq
2000# Cover Spring = 715tq orange
2100# Cover Spring = 750tq
2200# Cover Spring = 785tq yellow
2300# Cover Spring = 820tq
2400# Cover Spring = 860tq grey
2500# Cover Spring = 900tq
2600# Cover Spring = 930tq blue
2700# Cover Spring = 960tq
2800# Cover Spring = 1000tq white
2900# Cover Spring = 1040tq
Higher spring rates are available but not recommended for the triple disk assembly.
Most of the extremely high power 4G63T cars running 7’s at 200+mph are on a 2500-2600# spring rate.
