Stage #1 Transmission Rebuild

Stage #1 Transmission Rebuild:                $2300.00

The Stage #1 rebuild is a basic street/strip rebuild for the following applications:
*1991-1999 DSM turbo FWD 5-speed transmission (1990 model year requires additional parts) – F5M33 Transmission Platform

The Stage #1 rebuild includes an upgraded NEW double synchro 2nd gear and necessary parts to repair 1st/2nd gear shifting issues along with all new synchros on drive gears. The front differential is also disassembled and rebuilt. The replacement parts are OEM Mitsubishi parts unless stated otherwise:

*Transmission is fully degreased, chemically cleaned, bead blasted, reassembled and painted with Aluma-Blast for a new transmission look.

**Custom Gear Detailing, Deburring and Shot-peening of Input Shaft, Intermediate Shaft, Center Differential Case, 1st Gear, 2nd Gear, 3rd Gear, and 4th Gear (Add $450.00)
**Custom Gear Detailing, Deburring and REM Isotropic Superfinishing AND Shot-peening of Input Shaft, Intermediate Shaft, Center Differential Case, 1st Gear, 2nd Gear, 3rd Gear, and 4th Gear (Add $650.00)
