Stage #1 Transmission Rebuild:                $1400.00

The Stage #1 rebuild is a basic street/strip rebuild for the following applications:
*1991-1999 DSM turbo FWD 5-speed transmission (1990 model year requires additional parts) – F5M33 Transmission Platform

The Stage #1 rebuild includes an upgraded NEW double synchro 2nd gear and necessary parts to repair 1st/2nd gear shifting issues along with all new synchros on drive gears. The front differential is also disassembled and rebuilt. The replacement parts are OEM Mitsubishi parts unless stated otherwise:

Stage #3 Transmission Rebuild

Stage #3 Transmission Rebuild:                              $2400.00

The Stage #3 transmission rebuild is the most popular performance buildup and is capable of handling 400-450HP. A NEW Intermediate Shaft is included in this buildup. This is the highest buildup for the FWD transmission without upgrading to an AWD transmission upgrade package modified for use in a FWD application. (1990 model year requires additional parts – Required output shaft, input shaft, front differential ring gear, 2nd, 3rd, 4th gears)

**The Cryo-Treatment and Shot-peening options are STRONGLY RECOMMENDED for power levels above 400HP to increase longevity and torque capacity. As well, an aftermarket front differential is a must for high horsepower FWD applications**

**Please note that there is no warranty available on a Stage #1 – #3 FWD transmission, unless you upgrade to a NEW intermediate shaft, AND an aftermarket Quaife Front LSD. TMZ Performance, LLC. will not be held responsible for any damage resulting from not upgrading to an upgraded LSD.
