    SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS:

    All transmissions, transfer cases, rear differentials, etc. should ship either Fedex Ground, or UPS Ground shipping. 

    USE QUALITY STRONG PACKING MATERIALS!!

    DO NOT USE STYROFOAM OF ANY SORT!!    NO STYROFOAM WHITE BOARD OR PACKING PEANUTS OR SPRAY ADHESIVE FOAM!!!

    For best results, use rigid insulation board like 2″ thick Foamular 250 pink board that can be easily cut with a sharp utility knife to match the inner dimensions of the box and will do an excellent job at protecting the component and the box from impact damages.  Use heavy duty cardboard boxes, or a heavy duty plastic tote!!  Fill the void space with bubble wrap, cardboard, shipping paper, clean towels/rags, etc. Anything is better than receiving a box with spray adhesive foam glued to the parts (it is quite different than shipping spray foam), or styrofoam board pieces pulverized to dust or styrofoam packing peanuts that have jammed themselves in every orifice of the part you sent, along with a mess all over my shop.  If you use junk materials to ship, you will expect shipping damages and additional cleaning costs charged.

    BE SURE TO FULLY DRAIN YOUR COMPONENT OF FLUIDS AND PLUG THE HOLES SO IT DOES NOT LEAK!!!!  DOUBLE BAG IT WITH HEAVY DUTY TRASH BAGS SO IT DOES NOT SEEP OIL INSIDE THE BOX!!!!  Any component that is sent with excessive fluids in it still or makes a horrible mess when I open the box will be charged additional cleaning and disposal fees of $50.00-100.00!!
