All rebuild pricing below reflects the cost of labor and parts only.  All shipping costs are additional.  WI sales tax rate is 5.1% for in-state sales.  Return shipping costs typically are $40.00-$50.00 for insured FedEx Ground shipping, packaging and materials.  If you are interested in only purchasing the parts listed in each staged rebuild and doing the rear differential rebuild yourself, subtract $125.00 from the staged rebuild price for the parts cost.  All Paypal or Credit Card purchases have an additional 3% fee to the total shipped price to cover associated costs of the service.  International Paypal transactions are 4% to the total shipped price!

The Stage #1 rebuild is a basic rebuild of the 1990-1999 DSM AWD, Galant VR4 and Mitsubishi Evo 1-9 Non-AYC Rear Differentials.

The Stage #2 rear differential rebuild adds Shot-Peening services to the ring and pinion gearset, and the Frontline Fabrication billet aluminum machined rear differential cover with bearing cap load bolts, along with setup, clearancing, and associated fasteners for installation.

Stage #3 Rear Differential Rebuild

Stage #3 Rear Differential Rebuild:                    $1700.00-$1780.00

The Stage #3 Rear Differential rebuild is for vehicles changing to an Evo 4-9 style clutch-type LSD rear differential in place of the factory open differential or viscous LSD differential.  You must use Evo 8/9 style Non-AYC inner CV joints to properly engage the rear differential.  We recommend custom DSS Stage #5 rear axle package with 300m Evo 8/9 style inner CV Joints with this rear differential.
