Description:
This is the strongest available straight cut dog engagement gear set on the market for the W5M33 AWD Mitsubishi Gearbox for DSM AWD, Evo 1-3, and GVR-4 applications. It does not fit in a FWD transmission case, you must use an AWD transmission case, and it does require machining modifications to the 5th gear case section, removal of the reverse cone assembly and casting area for contact interference to have the proper fitment and should be assembled by a qualified transmission builder with experience using aftermarket gear sets.

Installation Notes:
Will only fit in 1992-1999 late-style 5th gear covers. You will need to remove the reverse cone and then machine the cover flat to remove the casting area for the reverse cone so it can fit.
