Introducing our Boostin Performance Billet Transfer Case Housing for your Auto DSM or for your Manual DSM. The factory transfer case housing is very weak, flexes substantially, and can even break. Our billet t-case housing keeps both gears in proper alignment under high load situations, which keeps the tooth pattern consistent at all times. This is something that we’ve developed while racing the Red Demon, but is recommended for anything over 600WHP.
Our BP Billet Transfer Case Housings are machined from a solid piece of 6061-T6 Aluminum, and is a direct replacement for your 1990-99 DSM stock t-case housing. We have an option for the manual housing, as well as the auto housing, as they are different. These BP Billet Transfer Case Housing is designed to be used in conjunction with a Magnus billet front housing, Magnus bearing cap, or Frontline Fabrication Transfer Case Brace, and has the mounting locations needed for these options.
